Vismrut accepts Returns and Repairs strictly for products purchased directly through our website. This applies to online sales only, and does not extend to any retail store purchases or third-party platforms. However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and are pleased to provide a lifetime repair service to address any issues that may arise over time.
Eligibility: All Vismrut bags are eligible for our lifetime repair service, ensuring your bag remains functional and beautiful for years to come.
Process: To initiate a repair, please contact us at support@vismrut.com with details of the issue and include photographs if possible. Our team will assess the situation and provide further instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for both pickup and return shipping costs associated with the repair service. We will provide you with the necessary shipping details and address upon acceptance of your repair request.
Please note that our repair service covers issues related to craftsmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wearand tear.

At Vismrut, we take pride in crafting unique, personalized leather products tailored to each customer's specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges. However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and provide a repair service to address any issues that may arise over time. Please note that customers are responsible for the courier pick-up and drop-off charges associated with the repair service.

If any product is found damaged during transit, the issue must be reported via email to support@vismrut.com within 48 hours of delivery. The product must also be returned to our warehouse within 5 days of delivery. Delayed reporting or return will render the item ineligible for a refund.
Once notified, our team will investigate the issue and either repair or replace the product as required.
- Courier charges for sending the product to us must be borne by the customer.
- Vismrut will cover the return courier cost only after the item has been repaired or replaced.
For eligible damaged products or customer dissatisfaction, refund requests can be made within 1 day of product delivery. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and quality approval of the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Products must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Vismrut, you can request a refund within 2 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@vismrut.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos . Once your request is approved, send the unused product back to our warehouse in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and refunds are not applicable for personalized or used products.

At Vismrut, each piece is handcrafted with utmost care and attention, and we ensure quality checks before dispatching every order. Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been sold.
Processing Time: Each Vismrut bag is meticulously crafted upon order.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Vismrut offers delivery across all pin codes within India that are serviced by our shipping partner Shiprocket.Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and may vary depending on the number and type of leather goods in your cart.
- Air Shipping:1–3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Ground Shipping :Delivery may take 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment. You will be notified by call and SMS before each delivery attempt. Please ensure you're reachable at the contact number provided while placing your order to prevent failed deliveries.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
For customers based in the Delhi NCR region, we offer a Customer Pickup option from our Noida workshop—perfect for those who prefer saving on shipping costs or are passing through the area.

Mention your preferred day and time and Contact for pickup in the email.
Our pickup timings are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
