7-Days Returns & Exchange Policy
At Vismrut, we strive to offer a smooth and confident shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to product availability and eligibility conditions.
Detailed size charts are provided on the product pages and must be reviewed carefully before placing an order. As most Vismrut products are made-to-order, our representative may contact customers prior to dispatch to confirm product specifications and sizing, helping minimise exchange requirements.
If an exchange or size exchange is requested, Vismrut will facilitate the exchange; however, all shipping and logistics charges related to the exchange shall be borne by the customer.
Exchanged products must meet the same return conditions and be sent back unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return and refund within 2 days of delivery, provided a valid and justified reason is shared at the time of raising the request. Refund requests raised after this 2-day period shall not be eligible for monetary refunds.
All approved refunds are processed only after the product is received, inspected, and approved by the Vismrut quality control team.
Returned products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In original condition
- With all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact
All return shipping and reverse logistics costs shall be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For approved refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be processed via direct bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank account details within the timeframe communicated by Vismrut. Any delay in sharing details may result in delayed or cancelled refund processing.
Important Conditions
- Products showing signs of usage, damage, alteration, or missing packaging/accessories will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges apply only to purchases made directly through Vismrut’s official online platform.
- Orders placed through third-party marketplaces or offline retail partners are excluded.
Vismrut reserves the right to approve or decline any request that does not comply with the above terms. All decisions taken by Vismrut shall be final and binding.
