Every VISMRUT product is made to last, and we offer lifetime service and repair support to help keep it in use for years through proper care, maintenance, and repair.

Our goal is to extend the life of your VISMRUT product for as long as possible. All service requests are subject to inspection, repair feasibility, and the availability of required materials, leather, and fittings.

What We Service

Depending on the product and its condition, our workshop may be able to assist with:

* Stitching repairs
* Handle, strap, or loop repairs
* Zip, buckle, and fitting replacement
* Edge finishing and minor restoration
* Surface refinishing, recolouring, and polishing where feasible
* Structural repairs where possible

All repairs are handled by our workshop. Wherever possible, we use original materials and fittings. If the exact leather, suede, hardware, or components are no longer available, we may use the closest available alternative where feasible. Exact matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Important Notes

Our lifetime service support is intended to help maintain and repair your VISMRUT product over its usable life. It does not mean that every repair will always be possible or free of charge.

Basic repairs may be covered under our lifetime service support. However, major restoration work, extensive structural damage, or repairs requiring replacement materials may involve additional charges.

Repairs are subject to the availability of leather, suede, fittings, and other materials. In some cases, exact replacement or colour matching may not be possible, especially for older products or when the original material is no longer available in small quantities.

Transport costs to and from our workshop are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Service may not cover or may be limited in cases involving:

* Damage caused by water, moisture, heat, oil, ink, makeup, perfume, or harsh cleaning products
* Reckless overloading, neglect, or prolonged exposure to sunlight
* Severe wear and tear beyond repair feasibility
* Products altered or repaired by external repair services

Natural aging, softening, creasing, shading changes, minor marks, and wear are normal characteristics of leather and suede over time and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product-Specific Guidance

Bags
We can assist with repairs such as stitching, handles, fittings, zips, edge finishing, and minor structural restoration where feasible. Surface touch-ups may also be possible depending on the leather and the condition of the bag. However, extensive damage, loss of structure, or major material replacement may be limited by feasibility and material availability.

Leather Jackets
If leather jackets develop scuffs, dullness, minor scratches, or a loss of finish over timed, depending on the condition, we may be able to improve the surface through finishing, polishing, recolouring, or minor correction work. However, results may vary based on the type of leather, age of the product, and extent of wear. Deep damage, tearing, or large-panel replacement may not always be possible.

Suede Shirts
Suede is more delicate and naturally more sensitive to moisture, stains, friction, and colour variation. We may be able to assist with minor repairs, surface improvement, and selective restoration where feasible. However, suede cannot always be restored to its original look or shade, and some stains, texture changes, or wear marks may be permanent.

Belts
We can assist with stitching repairs, edge finishing, buckle replacement where feasible, and surface touch-ups such as recolouring or polishing. Belts naturally develop fold marks and creases over time, especially near the buckle point. While these areas may sometimes be improved cosmetically, they cannot always be restored to their original shape or finish.

Most approved repairs are completed within a week after the product is received and assessed.

If additional time is required due to the nature of the repair or material availability, our team will inform you accordingly.

Care & Maintenance

To help your product last longer:

* Store it in its dust bag, box, or a cool dry place when not in use
* Avoid overloading bags or overstraining belts
* Wipe leather gently with a soft, dry cloth
* Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct heat, and harsh sunlight
* Avoid contact with oil, ink, makeup, perfume, and abrasive surfaces
* For suede products, avoid water exposure and rough friction as much as possible

With proper care, leather and suede products can last for many years and develop character with time.
